You love being able to move—
hiking, dancing, running, gardening.
However, something has happened to your body, either suddenly, or slowly over time, and now you’re no longer feeling so agile. You have pain or discomfort that’s really limiting what you can do.
Perhaps you are worried that you’ll have to give up doing what you love, or it might prevent you from reaching your next goal, and even worse, your best efforts don’t seem to be getting rid of the pain.
Rest, ice, heat, pain pills, stretching—you have tried so many of the standard strategies. Perhaps you’ve tried massage, physical therapy, even surgery, and nothing seems to give you the relief and mobility you want. Your doctor might have said, “You are just going to have to live with it.” Aggh! Does this mean you are getting old?
You are thinking, there must be a more effective approach, and you know you don’t need another one-size-fits-all protocol.
What you do need is someone who can take your whole structure into consideration, then track down the source of the pain. You also need someone who “listens” to your body and respects what you know or notice about your own body.
Are you ready to take the next step to feeling more agile again? Then let’s talk about what kind of discomfort or limitation you are experiencing. I invite you to give a call or send me an email.

Testimonials“Kirstin has literally changed my life. I had been using a chiropractor for years, but my shoulders were still locked up and my hips were crooked, which caused a domino effect throughout my body. She straightened me out in a few sessions. My strength and balance improved dramatically. Now I visit her if I take a bad fall or something, and her magic hands have always helped me toward a speedy recovery. I can't recommend her highly enough.”
